    Finding My Peace

    I never thought journaling could be so helpful when going through a crisis. This book is the true definition of helping me find peace at my lowest moments. Dr. Mattox really took everything into consideration when writing this book. I am so appreciative for her putting her heart and soul into me finding my peace.

    This book is a gift. I feel like I have a new language for my health. When they ask me how I'm doing, I can just flip through and show them. I will be taking this book with me to all my doctor and therapist appointments to let them know how I'm doing emotionally and mentally.

    First, the book is BEAUTIFUL! It LOOKS calming and relaxing. It's easy to navigate. It reminds me to SLOW DOWN and pay attention to ME. It's my reminder that I AM important enough to be on my own list. It's my reminder to bring God back into the equation which is exactly what I need during this time in my life. I especially like the checklist for how anxiety can physically show daily. I've never thought of those symptoms as anxiety or perhaps even heart disease. I will be sharing this w/ my docs

    Awesome Resource

    What better journal to have than one that is produced by one of best psychiatrists known to man! This journal beautifully intertwines faith, mental health and the art of teaching through guided practices, to bring about a very needed resource today. It is a work of divine purpose and definitely a work from the heart. I highly recommend it for those who experience or know someone who experiences anxiety.
